“Wow, this penthouse is like living the lifestyles of the rich and famous. It is truly a remarkable place you just don’t want to leave. If you are like us, you’ll be talking about making it an annual event. We had four couples enjoying both the beautiful and spacious balconies as well as the elegant inside spaces. There are a great variety of places for a group to celebrate together or peacefully enjoy the view, sunning, hot tub or an afternoon siesta. We chose to have a chef cook for us two nights which I would highly recommend as there is no reason to ever leave! The personal concierge arranged for the chef and was ready and willing to offer up any assistance needed including transportation & activities. The location is great with walkable beach and a short walk to the marina and restaurant areas. If you plan to cook at all have your airport transportation stop at the grocery store on the way to the villa. Whether you are with your family or a group of friends you will find this property absolutely amazing - I promise!”

“I surprised my husband for his 50th birthday at The Estancia in THIS PENTHOUSE and it was the trip of a life time! We had 32 friends from 3 countries fly in and all everyone could talk about was THE PENTHOUSE!! Everything was top notch from the first class accommodations to the perfect weather! I would highly recommend celebrating any occasion or just sneaking away for some quite down time. We enjoyed cooking out on the grill for dinner and watching the sunrise from the hot tub on the most amazing balcony that goes on forever! I just can’t say enough about the Penthouse and the fantastic Cabo experience! I think at last count over half of our friends are making plans to return very soon.”

“We just returned from our stay at Estancia, and we must tell you that 3603 is one of the most beautiful villas that we’ve ever experienced. From the grand living room, soaring ceilings, floor to ceiling glass, immaculately appointed bedrooms and bathrooms, and state of the art electronics, this Villa has it all ! Oh, and did I mention that the breath taking views from the sprawling deck, jacuzzi, and fire pit sitting area, made it very difficult for us to leave :)) This elegant and sophisticated villa is truly one of the best in Cabo.
